§ 95.01 CAMPING AND TENTING ON PUBLIC PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to erect any structure on any public property within the city limits for the purpose and with the intention of using such structure as living or overnight sleeping quarters for any period of time; however, the City Council may, in its discretion, designate certain public property within the city limits which shall be available for the erection of structures to be used as living or overnight sleeping quarters.
