(A) Any Alderpersons who shall refuse to attend a meeting of the City Council, without excuse, upon receiving notice as set forth in § 30.02, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $250 for each and every offense.

(B) Any Council member who violates § 30.30 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $250 for each and every such offense.
