§ 30.30 MAYOR TO MAINTAIN ORDER.
   (A)   The Mayor shall preserve order and decorum during the City Council meetings, and if any member of the City Council shall transgress the rules of the City Council, the Mayor or any member present, may call him or her to order, in which case the member called to order shall immediately sit down and be silent.
   (B)   No personalities or reflections injurious to the feelings or harmony of the City Council shall be tolerated, and the member indulging in such personalities or reflections shall be called to order by the Mayor. Any member refusing to comply with such order upon being called to order by the Mayor shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 30.99.
