§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is set forth shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of §§ 114.65 through 114.70 shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on which a violation occurs or continues. Any license granted under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked by the Mayor for any violation of § 114.69, and such revocation shall be in addition to any fine imposed by virtue of this section.

   (C)   Any person, partnership, corporation, or other entity or firm violating any term of condition of §§ 114.15 through 114.17 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $100 plus court costs and not more than $500 plus court costs for a first offense and not less than $250 plus court costs and not more than $750 plus court costs for a second or subsequent offense. Each day that a violation occurs or exists shall be deemed a separate violation.
   (D)   The following notices, penalties, and costs shall be assessed to any person or persons, partnership, corporation or other entity or firm who owns the land/business or operates a business which allows a food vendor to set up on and violates any term of the conditions in §§ 114.15 and 114.17 shall be fined $100 per food vendor on any person or persons who own the land or business. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on which a violation occurs or continues.
