§ 114.65 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to use or permit the use of any vehicles including wagons and motor vehicles for the storage or other carrying and delivering of any meats, poultry, fish, butter, cheese, lard, vegetables, bread or bakery products, or any other provisions, foods, drinks, or confections intended for human consumption, including beverages and milk in the city for the purpose of selling, carrying, or delivering any such food stuffs to any place in the city for use and consumption or for resale in the city for such purposes, unless a license for such vehicles is first secured and the provisions of this chapter are fully complied with.
