§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is set forth shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of § 113.05 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $750 for each offense and the Mayor may revoke his or her license for such offense.

   (C)   Any person, partnership, corporation, limited liability corporations, or firm violating any provision of § 113.34 shall upon proof and conviction of said violation be fined a sum not less than $100 plus court costs and not greater than $750 plus court costs. Each separate customer location at which a person, partnership, corporation, limited liability corporations, or firm violates the terms of this ordinance shall constitute a separate and distinct violation, subject to the penalty provisions of this § 113.34.
