It shall be unlawful for a peddler or a hawker to peddle his wares, goods, or merchandise from a vehicle in such a manner as to interfere with the free flow of traffic in the city, and in this respect such vehicles shall not be stationed or parked along the following streets:
(A) Market Street from 9th Street to 5th Street;
(B) Ferry Street from 2nd Street to 8th Street;
(C) 8th Street from Ferry Street to Pearl Street;
(D) 7th Street from Ferry Street to Pearl Street;
(E) 6th Street from Ferry Street to Pearl Street;
(F) 5th Street from Metropolis Street to Pearl Street;
(G) 4th Street from Metropolis Street to Market Street;
(H) 3rd Street from Metropolis Street to Market Street; and
(I) 2nd Street from Metropolis Street to Market Street.
