§ 110.10 CLASSIFICATION OF LICENSES.
   The annual licenses shall be divided into classes below. All regulations that are a part of this chapter shall apply in the same manner and degree to all classes of licenses.
   (A)   Class A license shall be issued only to a club as defined in § 110.01. Such license shall authorize the sale of alcoholic liquor at retail to the members and bona fide guests of members of the licensed club for consumption on the premises specified in the license. There shall be no retail sales of alcoholic liquor by a club for off-premises consumption.
   (B)   Class B license shall be issued to a package liquor store as defined in § 110.01 and shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquor in package form for consumption off the premises only.
   (C)   Class C license shall authorize the licensee to sell at retail beer and wine only in package form for off-premises consumption, but not for consumption on the premises. However, Class C license holders may conduct beer or wine tastings at which an individual customer may receive up to three samples consisting of no more than one ounce of wine and two ounces of beer per sample in one day.
   (D)   Class D license shall be issued to a bed and breakfast as defined in § 110.01 and shall authorize the licensee to sell at retail alcoholic liquor for consumption only on the premises of the licensee, but not in package form for off-premise consumption.
   (E)   Class E license shall be issued to a restaurant as defined in § 110.01and shall authorize the licensee to sell at retail alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises of the licensee only.
   (F)   Class F license shall be issued to a micro-brewery or brew pub as defined in § 110.01 and shall authorize the manufacture by the licensee of less than 100,000 gallons of beer per year and the storage of such beer on the premises, and the sale of such beer to import distributors, to distributors, and non-licensees in accordance with the Illinois Liquor Control Act. Said licensed micro-brewery or brew pub shall receive one retailer’s license for the premises in which the licensee actually conducts the business of manufacturing beer or ale to sell at retail provided that a brew pub licensee shall not sell for off-premise consumption more than 50,000 gallons per year. There shall be no additional fee charged for the retail license to the holder of a micro-brewery or brew pub license.
   (G)   Class G license shall be issued to a hotel as defined in § 110.01 and shall authorize the licensee to sell at retail alcoholic liquor by the drink or in the original package for consumption on the licensed premises only.
   (H)   Class H license shall be issued to a caterer retailer as defined in § 110.01 and shall authorize the licensee to sell at retail alcoholic liquor for consumption, either on-site or off-site, whether the location is licensed, as an incidental part of food service. Prepared meals and alcoholic liquor shall be sold at a package price agreed upon in a written contract.
   (I)   Class I license shall be issued to a package liquor store license holder that shall also possess a video gaming license, and which shall authorize the licensee to also sell at retail alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises. A Class I license shall not be required for restaurants, hotels, or clubs as defined in § 110.01.
   (J)   Class J license shall authorize the licensee to sell at retail alcoholic liquor for consumption on the licensed premises only.
   (K)   Class K license shall be known as a Sunday sales license which shall entitle the licensee to sell at retail alcoholic liquor, wine, and beer, by the drink with food and to only be consumed on the premises of the licensee in accordance with § 110.20(C).
   (L)   Class L (special use permit license) shall authorize an existing retail licensee to transfer alcoholic liquor from an existing licensed premises to a designated site for a special event.
