§ 51.12 TYPE OF VEHICLE TO BE USED.
   The authorized collector shall, in the collection of garbage, refuse, and ashes, use only enclosed sanitary and leakproof compaction type vehicles which comply with any and all requirements of the Health Department of the city, state, and federal governments.
