The authorized collector shall collect and remove garbage, refuse, and ashes from resident’s or producer’s premises, dwelling, apartment, or flat one time weekly, except that no trash collection shall be made on Sundays or holidays. Residents or producers of garbage, refuse, and ashes will remove the empty container from the street within 24 hours after collection by the authorized collector.
