Any person convicted of a violation of § 70.05 shall pay a fine of not less than $150 plus court costs and not more than $750 plus court costs. Law enforcement shall have authority to issue a “No Court Appearance Required” citation for a violation of § 70.99. A “No Court Appearance” citation shall carry a penalty of $75 if paid within 14 days and $100 if paid more than 14 days but less than 31 days.
