189.02 EXISTING PUBLIC PROPERTY/ACQUISITION OF FORFEITED LAND.

Existing City owned property and property acquired by the City through forfeiture pursuant to Chapter 5722 of the Ohio Revised Code shall be subject to retention and sale pursuant to this Chapter.
