Any tax delinquent lands situated within the boundaries of the City which have been determined by the City to constitute nonproductive lands may be acquired or purchased, managed and disposed of by the City pursuant to the applicable procedures and provisions set forth in Ohio R. C. Chapter 5722 as the same may be amended from time to time.
