Subpoenas, as authorized by the State Code and Section 1131.03 of the Mentor Code of Ordinances shall be upon a form approved by the Board. Copies of same shall be made available to applicant.
The Chairman, or in his absence the presiding officer, shall sign subpoenas which shall be served and executed by any person authorized to serve subpoenas, and in the manner required, by Rule 45, Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure. The return of such subpoena shall be filed with the Recording Secretary. (Ord. 10-O-51. Passed 7-6-10.)
