If the applicant or other party requests findings of fact and conclusions of law supporting the Board's decision, the request shall be made prior to or immediately after the Board's vote on the motion to grant or deny the subject application. The presiding officer may request all parties submit proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law and establish a deadline for their submission to the Board.
The Board shall have a reasonable time within which to prepare said findings of fact and conclusions of law and to adopt same as part of its decision and record of the case.
In the event findings of fact and conclusions of law are required of the Board by any reviewing body, the Board, on its own motion, may proceed to adopt same in the same manner as provided herein above.
