139.05 DUTIES OF ASSISTANT LAW DIRECTOR.
   The Assistant Law Director shall be appointed by the Law Director and perform the duties assigned by and under the general supervision and direction of the Law Director; attend meetings of the City's boards and commissions as assigned by the Law Director; and shall prosecute violations of City ordinances and state statutes where such laws provide for a penalty upon conviction, as assigned by the Law Director. The Assistant Law Director shall maintain office hours at the Mentor City Hall, or such other place as Council may direct and designate not less than one day each work week and not less than six hours each week. This shall be in addition to court appearances and meeting attendance.
