The Department of Public Works shall be responsible for the construction and maintenance of City streets, the maintenance and operation of the stormwater infrastructure system, the maintenance and operation of the City’s traffic signal system, the management of the City’s fleet of vehicles and equipment, the management of the City’s waste collection programs, and the maintenance and improvements of all municipal public lands, including parks and street trees and perform such other duties as may be required by the Department Director.
