125.01 POWERS AND DUTIES.

The Police and Fire Departments shall have the powers, duties and authority as provided by the Ohio Revised Code and the ordinances of the City, and shall be operated under the direction of the City Manager, who shall act in the capacity of Director of Public Safety.
