1385.03 COOKING AND HEATING EQUIPMENT.
   All cooking and heating equipment, components, and accessories in every heating, cooking, and water heating device shall be maintained free from leaks and obstructions, and kept functioning properly in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations so as to be free from fire, health and safety hazards. All installations and repairs shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the building code and mechanical code.
