Every occupant of a single family, duplex or triplex rental unit, and/or a multi-family apartment dwelling unit shall keep that part of the structure or premises thereof which that occupant occupies, controls, or uses in a clean and sanitary condition. Every owner of a single family, duplex or triplex rental unit, and/or a multi-family apartment shall maintain in a clean and sanitary condition, the shared or public areas of the structure and premises thereof. Every occupant shall dispose of all rubbish and/or garbage in a clean and sanitary manner.
Every single family, duplex or triplex rental unit, and/or a multi-family apartment shall utilize or be supplied with adequate approved facilities for the disposal of garbage and rubbish in a clean and sanitary manner.
