Any person, firm or entity that violates a conservation easement shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty for a fourth degree misdemeanor as set forth in Section 501.99 of the General Offenses Code. Each day upon which said violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
