The real property interests accepted by the City pursuant to this Chapter shall be for conservation easement purposes only, including passive recreation, and, in accord with this purpose, such real property shall not be open to the general public, but shall only be available for use by the owner(s) or other persons under license or permission of the owner(s), subject to the terms and conditions of the conservation easement.
