(a) No less frequently than annually, the Director of Parks, Recreation, and Public Lands shall cause an inspection to be made of all conservation easements accepted pursuant to this Chapter for compliance with the terms and conditions of easement.
(b) Upon notification by the Director of Parks, Recreation and Public Lands of any violations, the Law Director is hereby authorized to commence appropriate legal action to abate and cure the violation.
