When an affirmative vote of at least four members of the Land Conservation Easement Commission recommends acceptance of the donation of an interest in real property to the City for purposes of a conservation easement, such recommendation shall be transmitted to Council along with the application together with the agreed conditions thereof and restrictions thereon in a form acceptable to the Law Department.
