(a) The Land Conservation Easement Commission shall be composed of the members of the Municipal Planning Commission. The Chairman of the Planning Commission shall Chair the Commission and shall be responsible for calling public meetings of the Commission at times convenient to its members and shall arrange for notice to the public of the meeting, via publication in a newspaper of general circulation within the City, at least three days in advance of the scheduled meeting date. Meetings of the Land Conservation Easement Commission may coincide with meetings of the Municipal Planning Commission.
(b) Four members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at a meeting of the Commission.
