All buildings, structures, and premises shall be constructed, altered, repaired and maintained in accordance with the various building codes adopted by the City of Mentor. Premises declared to be a public nuisance by the Chief Building Official in accordance with legally adopted building codes and laws, are a public nuisance as defined and regulated in this Chapter.
