Single family residential recycling containers shall be the style and size provided by the waste hauler then under contract with the City to provide curbside residential recycling service. Recycling containers shall not be placed in the public right of way before 3:00 p.m. the day prior to scheduled collection and shall be removed from the public right of way no later than 7:00 a.m. on the day following collection, provided that regular collection has not been interrupted or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances not specific to the owner, occupant, tenant, or lessee of any dwelling.
Recycling containers shall be maintained in good condition and kept in a clean, neat and sanitary condition at all times to meet health and safety standards. Any recycling container that does not conform to the provisions of this chapter shall be promptly cleaned or replaced if necessary.
