1349.05 FOREIGN MATERIAL IN WATER.

No person, firm or corporation shall place any chemical, animal, vegetable, vile or putrid substance whatsoever into the wells, tanks, and equipment of the waterworks plant of the City without the authority and direction of the Superintendent thereof.
