1349.04 INFLAMMABLE MATERIAL PROHIBITED.

No person, firm or corporation shall cause or permit any combustible material, rags, rubbish, waste, oils, gasoline, papers, grass, weeds, or other natural growth as to be dangerous to the safety of any building, or as to be susceptible to causing any fire upon said land or in any building. (1969 Code 96.22)
