115.29 COMMISSION/BOARD APPLICATIONS AND BACKGROUND CHECKS.
   Commission and Board members and all other persons seeking (re)appointment to an expiring or vacant term, in order to be eligible, and in addition to the requirements of MCO 115.28, must submit with a resume a completed City supplied Application for Commission/Board Appointment/Reappointment form and an executed City supplied consent form for a felony and misdemeanor criminal and civil judgement background check.
