An applicant for a building permit shall submit with his application, a survey completed by a registered surveyor which shall describe and relate the parcel of real property upon which said building is to be constructed to the nearest street intersection or other acceptable monument. The permit holder shall be required further, prior to the request for a foundation inspection, to pin the corners of the lot with iron pipe stakes or other suitable marker, as per the Ohio Administrative Code 4733-37-03 Monumentation; and wooden takes shall be placed on the side lot lines at the building setback line. Pinned corners shall be in place and visible at time of final permit approval. (1969 Code 151.06)
