115.22 SERGEANT AT ARMS.

The President of Council, or any two other members of Council may require that at each regular or special meeting of Council, the Chief of Police, or such officer or member of the Department of Police as the Chief shall designate shall be in attendance and shall perform the duties ordinarily performed by a sergeant at arms.
