The owner or owners of any building or premises or part thereof, that is in violation of this chapter or any architect, builder or contractor who shall assist in the commission of any such violation, shall upon each violation or non-compliance, be deemed guilty of a third degree misdemeanor as defined in Section 501.99 of the General offenses Code. Each day such violation or failure to comply shall constitute a separate offense.
