115.14 CONTROL OF THE COUNCIL CHAMBER.

The presiding officer shall have general direction and control of the Council Chambers in case of any disturbance or disorderly conduct in the Council Chambers or so near thereto as to disturb the orderly proceedings of Council, and may cause the same to be cleared.
