(a) $100.00 plus $6.00 per 100 sq. ft. for plan reviews of new buildings, new shell only, and new additions, which includes the engineering, drainage and traffic reviews of the associated engineering site plans.
(b) $40.00 plus $2.00 per 100 sq. ft. of building area for engineering, drainage and traffic reviews of the engineering site plan for new engineering site improvements associated with existing buildings, additions, or alteration permits.
(c) Additional fees shall be charged for engineering review for off-site improvements including work in the road right-of-way to accommodate traffic and drainage impacts of development shall be at an hourly rate of $40.00 per hour collected at the issuance of the permit.
(d) For plan review of interior construction of existing buildings and interiors of building shell and alterations and renovations and remodeling of existing buildings: $60.00 plus $4.00 per 100 sq. ft.
(e) $40.00 plus $1.00 per 100 sq. ft. for separate electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression or other trade permit alterations, including, but not limited to, permits such as paving permits, and review of addendum or alterations to plans for open permits, truss plan reviews, cut sheet reviews and any other additional submitted information required to be reviewed to conform to the codes or other conditional approvals. If the addendum to the plans indicate an additional area of new or altered building, the fee shall be calculated as otherwise prescribed in the above subsections.
(f) $40.00 plus $5.00 per acre for engineering, reviews of the erosion control plans for grading permits for any type of soil disturbance.
