1507.01 FIRE CHIEF MAY ESTABLISH LANES; CONDITIONS.

(a) The Fire Chief is authorized to establish fire lanes on either public or private property upon finding that a fire lane is necessary for safeguarding life and/or

property from hazards of fire and explosion.
(1969 Code 101.01)

(b) Driveway interconnects shall be provided and properly maintained when deemed necessary by the Fire Chief.
