105.01 WARDS AND WARD BOUNDARIES.
   The City of Mentor is hereby divided into four wards, the boundaries of which are as follows:
Ward No. 1:
The first ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
   Beginning at a point in the centerline of State Route 2 (Lakeland Freeway), and the easterly corporation line of the City of Mentor and the west township line of Painesville Township;
   Thence running along a centerline and State Route 2 (Lakeland Freeway), in a southwesterly direction to a point of intersection of the centerline of State Route 2 (Lakeland Freeway), and the centerline of Munson Road;
   Thence northwesterly along the centerline of Munson Road to a point of intersection at the centerline of Collins Road;
   Thence southerly along the centerline of Melshore Drive to a point of intersection at the centerline of Edgewood Drive;
   Thence easterly along the centerline of Edgewood Drive to a point of intersection at the centerline of State Route 615 (Center Street);
   Thence southerly along the centerline of State Route 615 to a point of intersection of the centerline of Station Street;
   Thence in an easterly direction along the centerline of Station Street to a point of intersection of the centerline of Jackson Street;
   Thence southerly along the centerline of Jackson Street and Little Mountain Road to the southern corporation line of the City of Mentor and the corporation line of the Village of Kirtland Hills;
   Thence easterly in an irregular pattern along the southerly corporation line of the City of Mentor and the northerly corporation line of Kirtland Hills Village to a point where said corporation lines intersect with the Township line of Concord Township;
   Thence northerly along said corporation line of Concord Township and the easterly corporation line of the City of Mentor in a due northerly direction to the point where the Township line of Painesville Township intersects with said Mentor City corporation line;
   Thence continuing northerly along said corporation lines to the centerline of State Route 2 (Lakeland Freeway) being the place of beginning.
Ward No. 2:
The second ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
   Beginning at a point in the intersection of the centerline of State Route 615 (Center Street), and the centerline of Edgewood Drive;
   Thence running southerly along the centerline of State Route 615 (Center Street) in a due southerly direction to a point of intersection of the centerline of Station Street;
   Thence easterly along the centerline of Station Street to a point of intersection of the centerline of Jackson Street;
   Thence southerly along the centerline of Jackson Street and Little Mountain Road to the southerly corporation line of the City of Mentor and the corporation line of the Village of Kirtland;
   Thence continuing in an irregular pattern along the southerly corporation line of the City of Mentor and said corporation line of Kirtland City; westerly to a point where said line intersects an easterly corporation line of the City of Willoughby, said corporation line being approximately 300 feet southerly from Interstate 90;
   Thence following an irregular pattern along the southerly corporation line of Mentor City and the corporation line of the City of Willoughby to a point on the northerly side of the New York Central Railroad right-of-way;
   Thence northerly continuing along the corporation lines of the City of Mentor and the City of Willoughby to a point at the intersection at the centerline of Hodgson Road;
   Thence easterly along the centerline of Hodgson Road to a point of intersection at the centerline of Culver Boulevard;
   Thence southeasterly along the centerline of Culver Boulevard to a point of intersection of Farnham Drive;
   Thence easterly along the centerline of Farnham Drive to a point of intersection with State Route 306;
   Thence southerly along the centerline of State Route 306 to a point on the centerline of State Route 2 (Lakeland Freeway);
   Thence northeasterly along the centerline of State Route 2 (Lakeland Freeway) to a point at the intersection of the centerline of State Route 2 (Lakeland Freeway), and the extended northerly property line of Sublot 136 in the Weatherby Park Subdivision 4A;
   Thence westerly along the said northerly property line of sublot 136 in Weatherby Park Subdivision 4A to a point of intersection of the westerly subdivision line of Kingsmill Subdivision Phase 3;
   Thence northerly along the westerly subdivision line of Kingsmill Subdivision Phase 3 to a point of intersection of the centerline of Bellflower Road;
   Thence continuing northerly along the centerline of Bellflower Road to a point of intersection of the centerline of Bellflower Road (section east of King Arthur Estates Subdivision);
   Thence easterly along the centerline of Bellflower Road to a point of intersection of the centerline of Elmwood Road;
   Thence in a northerly direction along the centerline of Elmwood Road to a point of intersection with the centerline of Edgewood Road;
   Thence in an easterly direction along the centerline of Edgewood Road to the centerline of State Route 615 (Center Street) the place of beginning.
Ward No. 3:
The third ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
   Beginning at a point at the intersection of the centerline of Plains Road and the centerline of Collins Road;
   Thence southerly along the centerline of Collins Road to a point of intersection at the centerline of Munson Road;
   Thence westerly along the centerline of Munson Road to a point of intersection at the centerline of Melshore Drive;
   Thence southerly along the centerline of Melshore Drive to a point of intersection at the centerline of Edgewood Road;
   Thence westerly along the centerline of Edgewood Road to a point of intersection at the centerline of Elmwood Road;
   Thence southerly along the centerline of Elmwood Road to a point of intersection at the centerline of Bellflower Road;
   Thence westerly along the centerline of Bellflower Road to a point of intersection at the centerline of Bellflower Road (section to the east of King Arthur Estates Subdivision);
   Thence continuing in a southerly direction along the centerline of Bellflower Road and the easterly subdivision line of the Kingsmill Subdivision Phase 3 to a point of intersection of the northerly property line of Sublot 136 in Weatherby Park Subdivision;
   Thence easterly along the northerly property line of sublot 136 Weatherby Park Subdivision Phase 3 to a point of intersection at the centerline of State Route 2 (Lakeland Freeway);
   Thence in a southwesterly direction along the centerline of State Route 2 (Lakeland Freeway) to a point of intersection at the centerline of State Route 306 (Reynolds Road);
   Thence northerly along the centerline of State Route 306 (Reynolds Road) to a point of intersection at the centerline of Farnham Drive;
   Thence westerly along the centerline of Farnham Drive to a point of intersection at the centerline of Culver Boulevard;
   Thence in a northwesterly direction to a point on the corporation lines of the City of Mentor and the City of Willoughby;
   Thence in a due northerly direction along said corporation lines of the City of Mentor and the City of Willoughby to the intersection of the centerline of State Route 283 (Lake Shore Boulevard);
   Thence continuing north along the centerline of Iroquois Avenue to a point of intersection of the corporation lines of the City of Mentor and the City of Mentor-on-the-Lake;
   Thence in an easterly direction along said corporation lines of the City of Mentor and the City of Mentor-on-the-Lake to a point of intersection at the centerline of State Route 283 (Lake Shore Boulevard);
   Thence continuing in an easterly direction along the centerline of Lake Shore Boulevard (State Route 283) to a point where said centerline intersects with the centerline of Munson Road to a point on the corporation lines of the City of Mentor and the City of Mentor-on-the- Lake;
   Thence in a northerly direction along said corporation lines of the City of Mentor and the City of Mentor-on-the Lake to a point of intersection at the centerline of Plains Road;
   Thence in a northeasterly direction along the centerline of Plains Road to a point of intersection at the centerline of Collins Road and the place of beginning.
Ward No. 4:
The fourth ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follow:
   Beginning at a point at the intersection of the centerline of State Route 2 (Lakeland Freeway) and the centerline of Munson Road;
   Thence in a northwesterly direction along said centerline of Munson Road to a point of intersection at the centerline of Collins Road;
   Thence in a northerly direction along the centerline of Collins Road to a point where the centerline of Collins Road intersects with the centerline of Plains Road;
   Thence westerly along the centerline of Plains Road to a point on the corporation lines of the City of Mentor and the City of Mentor-on-the-Lake;
   Thence northerly and easterly in an irregular pattern along said corporation lines of the City of Mentor and the City of Mentor-on-the-Lake to the north corporation line of the City of Mentor at the southern shores of Lake Erie;
   Thence in a northeasterly direction along said north corporation line and the southern shores of Lake Erie to where said corporation line intersects with the Township line of Painesville Township;
   Thence in a due southerly direction along the corporation line of the City of Mentor and the Township line of Painesville Township to a point where said lines intersect with the corporation line of the Village of Grand River;
   Thence continuing southerly along said corporation lines of the City of Mentor and the Village of Grand River to a point where said lines intersect with the Township line of the Township of Painesville;
   Thence continuing southerly along said Township line and the City of Mentor corporation line to the centerline of State Route 2 (Lakeland Freeway);
   Thence in a southwesterly direction along said centerline of State Route 2 (Lakeland Freeway), to the centerline of Munson Road being the place of beginning.
