Upon any territory being annexed to this Municipality, the area so annexed shall become a part of the zone district established by this chapter to which the annexed area is contiguous. The Planning and Zoning Commission shall, in case of doubt, determine the district to which such area shall become a part, until such time as the Council by proper legislation incorporates such area into a district created hereby.
