1117.05 UTILITIES.

All utilities (including but not limited to gas, electric, telephone, and CATV cables) shall be located underground throughout the subdivision. Any required trenching for the installation of all utilities shall be provided by the developer at no cost to any utility. Wherever existing utility facilities are located above ground, except within public right-of-way, they shall be removed and placed underground.
