Any person, firm, or corporation who fails to comply with, or violates, any of the regulations shall be guilty of a second degree misdemeanor and each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Persons, firms, or corporations guilty of violating this chapter shall be subject to penalties as set forth in Section 501.99 of the General Offenses Code for second degree misdemeanors.
