The purpose of these Subdivision Regulations is to establish subdivision standards and procedures for the City of Mentor, Ohio.
These Subdivision Regulations guide and facilitate the orderly, beneficial growth of the community by assuring the orderly subdivision of land and its development, and to promote the public health, safety, convenience, comfort, prosperity and general welfare.
