Any owner/operator who violates any provision of this code shall be guilty of a third degree misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalties as set forth in Section 501.99 of the General offenses Code for third degree misdemeanors. Each day upon which said violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
