947.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The City of Mentor shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this regulation. The City of Mentor may contract with the Lake County Board of Health to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
