925.12 REVIEW AND APPROVAL.

Upon receipt of a request or a construction permit, the City Engineer shall review such request together with all additional data submitted, for compliance with this chapter and with the policies, procedures, and standards he shall establish. Within a reasonable time, he shall either issue or deny the construction permit requested.
