This chapter shall be known, cited and referred to as the "Mentor Right-of-Way Construction Code".
The purpose of this chapter is to provide controls and standards for construction activities within or traffic impacts to the public rights-of-way and within certain easements dedicated for public use, and to control additions to the storm drainage system of the City, with the intent of safeguarding the public interest in the facilities and benefits provided therein.
