919.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates subsections (a)(1) or (a)(2) of Section 919.01, Section 919.02, or subsection (b) of Section 919.03 is guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor and subject to a fine not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000) and an order of restitution.
