125.03 ADDITIONAL FIREFIGHTERS.

In case of emergency, the Director of Public Safety, or, in his absence, the Fire Chief may require persons not members of the Fire Department to assist the Fire Department and be appointed as temporary firefighters for such time as is deemed necessary during an emergency.
