(a) All bandages and surgical dressings and other single use items used in connection with the tattooing on a person shall be sterile and shall be disposed of after the procedure in a manner which complies with Chapter 3734 of the Ohio Revised Code for infectious waste and/or regulation of the Health District.
(b) Each receptacle and remaining solution of pigments, dyes and colors shall be discarded after use.
