759.20 TRIP RECORD TO BE MAINTAINED.
   It shall be the duty of every operator of a taxicab business to keep on file a call sheet or
trip record containing a complete record of the daily operation of each taxicab and to make said record immediately available to and submit the same for inspection by the Police Department upon request. Such record shall be kept for a period of at least one (1) year.

759.21 TAXIS TO BE KEPT IN CLEAN AND SANITARY CONDITION.
    Every taxicab shall at all times be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. The violation of this section, after reasonable notice to the operator and an opportunity duly afforded to comply therewith, shall be grounds for revocation of the operator's license.

759.22 INSPECTION OF TAXICABS.
   The Police Department shall from time to time as it may deem necessary, cause to be made an inspection of all taxicabs. If any taxicab shall be found unsafe or unfit for the transportation of public passengers, or in an unclean or unsanitary condition, notice shall be given to the holder of the license therefor, and it shall be unlawful to operate said taxicab service until same has been put in safe and fit condition and reinspected and approved for use in such service.

759.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00), nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
