No operator or driver of a taxicab shall deceive, or attempt to deceive any passenger, prospective passenger, or other person by any misrepresentations as to the number, ownership or other identity of the taxicab, coerce any person or persons for the purpose of securing or attempting to secure them as passengers in said taxicab; use any profane, boisterous or improper language, or cause or engage in any quarreling, fighting or unlawful disturbance; loiter about a taxicab stand save upon the driver's seat of his own cab; solicit patronage while at a taxicab stand except while seated on the driver's seat of his taxicab, solicit patronage by loud boisterous outcry.
